Larry Hollingsworth
Larry Hollingsworth, formerly a director of the Naval Air Systems Command, has joined MIL Corp. as vice president of the corporate business development sector.
He will oversee the companys effort to expand its warfighter programs and pursue business opportunities in the intelligence community, MIL said Monday.
“Larrys experience and strategic focus on protecting the warfighter is an exceptional complement to MILs service areas, ” said Marisa Daley, MIL executive vice president.
Hollingsworth joined NAVAIR in January 1978 and was part of the engineering scientist development program through 1980 and the avionics division for eight years.
He most recently held dual roles as the national director of AIR-4.5 avionics department and director of rapid response and irregular warfare of NAVAIR.
Hollingsworth, who entered the Senior Executive Service in 1996, also served as the product area executive for naval aviation enterprises avionics.
