L3Harris Gets $98M FMS Contract for Airborne EW Tech Repair & Return Services

L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) has secured a five-year, $97.5M contract from the U.S. Air Force to manage electronic warfare module repairs and returns for eight foreign military sales customers.

The sole-source, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers R&R logistical services for the ALQ-211 self-protection systems of the F-16 Advanced Integrated Defense Electronic Warfare Suite, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Chile, India, Iraq, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Poland and Turkey are the recipients of support services required for AIDEWS system restoration. The goal of the project is to help the FMS clients increase the ability of their F-16 jets to defend against electromagnetic threats.

The AF Life Cycle Management Center at Robins AF Base in Georgia is the contracting activity and will obligate $73K in FMS funds at the time of award.

Contract work will occur in Clifton, New Jersey, through Oct. 29, 2025.
