TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 19, 2017 ” L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) has received a supplemental type certification from the Federal Aviation Administration for the company’s modified digital avionics and cockpit installed on the AT-802L Longsword aircraft, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Thursday the cockpit features the Garmin G600 system, Electronic Standby Instrument System, a dual-screen display, an air data computer and attitude/heading reference system as well as a digital intercommunication system.
Air Tractor‘s AT-802L aircraft supports intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
