TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 8, 2017 A business unit of L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) has delivered the first Boeing-built (NYSE: BA) KC-10 aerial refueling aircraft to the U.S. Air Force after completing maintenance work under a logistics support contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
L3 said Thursday its Vertex Aerospace division will perform “C-checks” and other maintenance work in collaboration with depot provider HAECO/TIMCO on a total of 59 Air Force KC-10 tankers and two KDC-10 versions for the Netherlands.
