The McLean, Virginia-based innovative technology services provider said Wednesday Shelton, in the newly created position, will be tasked with leading the workforce and talent management strategies. She will be responsible for all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, company culture, total rewards and training and development.

Shelton’s Pre-Harmonia Career
The new CHRO most recently served as chief human capital officer at Evoke Consulting. She was vice president of HR at Octo and senior director at ICF. She spent over a decade at SAIC and over five years at Hertz, serving various HR leadership roles.
