While at L3Harris, Riggs oversaw similar functions under the company’s space superiority division. He previously served as director of business integration for the space and sensors division at L3 Technologies before its 2019 merger with fellow defense technology supplier Harris Corp.
Earlier in his industry career, Riggs was a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and provided strategic consulting on matters such as defense policy, military operations, program assessment and business analytics.
His 11-year Air Force career included assignments as space weapons officer for Air Force Special Operations Command and space weapons and tactics officer for the 16th Special Operations Wing.
