Kieran McGrath, a more than 30-year technology industry veteran, has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Avaya (NYSE: AVYA) in a move that will take effect on Feb. 15.
He will directly report to Avaya President and CEO Jim Chirico and oversee the tech firms financial planning, controller organization, tax, treasury and investor relations, the company said Monday.
