Kevin Pruett, senior vice president of the aerospace engineering group at Ensco, has been promoted as executive VP and head of a newly formed business unit that consolidates the company’s aerospace, avionics, cybersecurity and national security programs.
He will take the helm of the Ensco Mission Systems Group on July 2, the engineering and technology contractor said Monday.
The group will operate alongside the surface transportation subsidiary in efforts to bring technology and operational support to government and commercial customers.
“Kevin’s business and management acumen, combined with the outstanding technical and program management team within the newly formed Missions Systems Group, offers a powerful combination for ENSCO’s continued growth and success with our customers in this critically important segment of the company,” said Boris Nejikovsky, president of Ensco.
