Kevin Kelly, a three-decade defense and intelligence industry leader, has been named chairman and CEO of Arcfield, formerly known as CTFV Acquisition and a portfolio company of Veritas Capital-backed Vantage Fund.
Kelly previously worked at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) as president of the company’s national security and innovative solutions sector, Arcfield said Tuesday.
He spent more than two decades at LGS Innovations and worked there until its sale to CACI in 2019. He held senior leadership positions at LGS, including chief strategy officer, chief operations officer and CEO.
Arcfield is composed of two business sectors. One is focused on defense and federal civilian market and the other on space and intelligence sector. The company provides digital transformation platforms, C5ISR and systems engineering and integration services in support of national security missions.
“We believe that together with our customers, we can play a vital role in developing and integrating leading-edge technologies into key national security missions to help our country and its allies preserve its space and cyber superiority,” Kelly said.
He added that he is excited to lead Arcfield’s growth initiatives through innovation as the company works to evaluate technology investments to address critical market requirements and support national security programs.
