TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 13, 2018 ” A business unit of KBR (NYSE: KBR) will continue its support for a U.S. Navy facility in the British Indian Ocean Territory atoll known as Diego Garcia under a $62M contract modification, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
The Defense Departmentsaid Friday the modification exercises the first option on a previously awarded contract for KBR Diego Garcia to provide base operations support services at the Navy installation in areas such as public safety, air and port operations, utilities, facilities management as well as morale, welfare and recreation.
