She previously held a 12-year career at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), where her most recent role was president of its intelligence, information and services business.

Lyles added that Dugle brings industry experience and market knowledge as the company looks to grow its government solutions business.
Dugle is also a board member of Boston-based financial services provider State Street Corp.
