Lynn Dugle Lynn Dugle , most recently CEO of Engility and two-time Wash100 Award recipient, has been appointed to serve on KBR ’s (NYSE: KBR) board of directors.
She joined the board as part of its audit and nominating and corporate governance committees, KBR said Friday .
Dugle became chief executive of Engility in March 2016 and led the Chantilly, Va.-based company through its acquisition by Science Applications International Corp . (NYSE: SAIC) in a $2.5B deal that closed in January 2019 .
She previously held a 12-year career at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), where her most recent role was president of its intelligence, information and services business.
“We are fortunate to have such a respected veteran of the aerospace and defense industries on our team," said Lester Lyles, chairman of KBR's board.
Lyles added that Dugle brings industry experience and market knowledge as the company looks to grow its government solutions business.
Dugle is also a board member of Boston-based financial services provider State Street Corp.
