Kathleen Kirk, formerly senior vice president of strategic solutions group at Data Systems Analysts, has been promoted to chief operations officer of the company in a string of executive appointments.
Kirk will oversee operations as DSA delivers cloud, cybersecurity, systems engineering, digital modernization and intelligent analytics platforms and services to defense, intelligence and civilian agencies and commercial clients, DSA said Monday.
Robert Wheeler, formerly VP of command control communications-tactical operations at DSA, has been promoted to SVP of the company’s enterprise solutions group. He will oversee the delivery of products and services in various areas such as cloud, software development and sustainment, analytics and cybersecurity in support of the Department of Defense.
Mike Donovan, a nearly two-decade DSA veteran, has assumed the role of SVP of strategic solutions group. He will be responsible for programs providing intelligent analytics, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, systems engineering, digital modernization and cloud platforms and services to DoD.
Marie Meyers, a more than 25-year human resources professional, will provide strategic direction and support for all HR matters as VP of HR. She joined DSA in 2009 and has been serving on the human capital committee at Bancroft since 2013.
