Prior to joining SAIC, Swearingen was with CACI International (NYSE: CACI) for over four years. He served as a deputy director and then programs director at the defense contractor.
Swearingen’s career also includes time working at the former L3 Technologies company. He was its project analyst and program manager for several years until October 2018.
