Julie Van Leunen Joins ASRC Federal as SVP of Talent, Workforce Strategy

Julie Van Leunen, formerly chief human resources officer at Serco, has been named senior vice president of talent and workforce strategy at ASRC Federal, according to her LinkedIn post.

She brings to the role over a decade of experience in HR compliance, talent acquisition and management, HR operations and transformation and employee benefits and experience.

Van Leunen held various roles of increasing responsibility during her 13-year career at Serco, including director of talent, HR business partner and HR manager.

Before joining Serco, Van Leunen served as lead of U.S. immigration at Berry Appleman & Leiden, a global immigration law firm.

She started her HR career at Vienna, Virginia-headquartered residential landscape firm Wheat’s Lawn & Custom Landscape.
