Julie Ann Phinney Promoted to Ensco Business Development VP

Julie Ann Phinney, director of business development at Ensco since March 2018, has been promoted to a vice president role, according to her LinkedIn post.

Prior to joining Ensco four years ago, Phinney served as senior business development executive at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and oversaw the company’s multibillion-dollar contract pursuits.

She came to CACI upon the February 2016 acquisition of the National Security Solutions business from L3 Communications, where her prior work focused on the engineering and technical services unit.

Phinney also previously managed BD functions at DataPath and Harris Corp.
