Judith Bjornaas, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of ManTech, has joined the board of directors at health care and public services provider DLH Holdings (Nasdaq: DLHC).
DLH’s board elected Bjornaas during its annual meeting held March 9, the company said Monday.
The 38-year financial management veteran of the government services industry recently announced her retirement in a LinkedIn post.
She came to ManTech in November 2010 as senior VP and deputy CFO and was promoted to chief finance at the Virginia-based contractor six years later.
Previously, Bjornaas was CFO at NCI and VP of finance and accounting for I-NET.
Her career started at Electronic Data Systems where she performed internal audit and pricing work for EDS’ government arm.
The measure extends the Technology Modernization Fund and cybersecurity information-sharing authorities to Dec. 11.
The award under the Information Analysis Center vehicle covers electronic warfare, expeditionary warfare and defensive cyber work.
