J.P. Foley, a GovCon industry veteran, has joined Arlington, Virginia-based federal information technology and digital services contractor BridgePhase as chief growth officer.
He will oversee business development and strategic growth initiatives to drive the company’s expansion in the federal sector with a focus on the Department of Defense, homeland security and civilian government customers, BridgePhase said Tuesday.
Prior to the appointment, he served as CEO of public sector technology services provider Eigen X.
Foley co-founded mid-market firms Washington Consulting, which Alion Science & Technology purchased in 2006, and Dominion Consulting, which joined forces with TeraThink in 2017 and was acquired by CGI (NYSE: GIB) in 2020.
Matt Stratford, founder and managing principal at BridgePhase, said the addition of Foley to the executive team will help accelerate the company’s growth efforts as it works to increase its offerings to customers.
