Joseph Wysocki, formerly CEO of business consulting firm Artyfex Solutions, has joined Systems Planning and Analysis as vice president of space and cyber programs within the Rocky Mountains and Western sector.
SPA said Monday the retired U.S. Air Force colonel will oversee the professional services provider’s space and cyber customer base that includes U.S. defense and intelligence agencies and their international partners.
He established Artyfex in March 2016 to support government and commercial clients in the aerospace, health care, energy and cybersecurity areas.

Wysocki previously served as director of market development at Scitor, where he led its cybersecurity and nuclear power market expansion efforts.
He managed Scitor’s work with military services and Defense Department components during his time as VP and sector director at the company.
