Ucuzoglu, currently the chairman and CEO at Deloitte & Touche LLP, has managed all transformation efforts for the audit and assurance practice over the past four years, the company said Monday.
He serves on the boards of Deloitte Global and the Chamber of Commerce and offers insight into regulatory issues affecting the business community.
Prior to Deloitte, he worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission as a senior adviser to the SEC chief accountant.
Foutty is the chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP and supervises a large workforce that serves government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. She also serves on the firm’s global board of directors.
She supports efforts to advance women in the technology field as well as science, technology, engineering and math education programs.
Ucuzoglu and Foutty will respectively succeed Deloitte US CEO Cathy Engelbert and Chairman Mike Fucci.
