According to his profile on the professional networking site, this marks his return to LMI, where he served as chief information security officer and information security manager from 2014 to 2022.
Before rejoining the Tysons, Virginia-based consulting firm, Stammler was senior vice president, CISO and CIO of NobleReach Foundation.
The newly appointed CIO of LMI also served as a CISO at Arcfield, a Veritas Capital portfolio company, and as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).
He is a member of the advisory board of George Mason University’s Department of Information Technology and Services.
Stammler has a bachelor’s degree in IT from George Mason University and a master’s degree in information security from Georgia Tech.
