TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 28, 2016 Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has appointed Andrew Merkle, formerly program area manager for research and exploratory development, as RED mission area executive, GovCon Executive reported Thursday.
The lab said Wednesday Merkle will be in charge of a team that performs research across various disciplines in support of sponsors such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Office of Naval Research and Air Force Research Laboratory.
