TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 27, 2017 Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has secured a funding opportunity with NASA to mature its proposed Dragonfly dual-quadcopter vehicle in the aim to fulfill requirements under the New Frontiers program, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The lab said Thursday the aerial vehicle will carry four science instruments and seek to facilitate scientific investigation on prebiotic organic chemistry and habitability on Saturns moon Titan.
