TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 1, 2017 Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has added Cecil Haney, former commander of U.S. Strategic Command, and Sarah O’Hagan, chair of the Fuller Project for International Reporting, to the lab’s board of managers, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
APL said Friday Haney and O’Hagan will be part of an organization of military, public sector, industry and academic leaders who advise the nonprofit center on its national security and scientific research pursuits.
