Ratigan has led iDirect Government subsidiary for two decades and helped manage the delivery of satcom technologies to the government and defense customers.
Ken Peterman, president and CEO of Comtech, said Ratigan will help the company pursue “opportunities, strategic partnerships, and technology synergies” that will drive the use of communications technologies.
