JoAnne Dukeshire, a more than two-decade government contracting veteran, has joined ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) to serve as vice president of contracts, the company announced in a LinkedIn post.
The executive brings experience in overseeing contracts and subcontracts professionals and advising government contractors across state and local, defense, civilian and intelligence sectors.
Dukeshire is the former vice president of contracts and subcontracts at Peraton‘s systems engineering sector. Prior to that, she served as VP of contracts, subcontracts and supplier diversity at Perspecta, and VP of contracts, procurement and property at Vencore before it merged with KeyPoint and DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) U.S. Public Sector to form Perspecta.
Earlier in her career, the contracting professional spent seven years at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) as contracts negotiation senior manager.
Dukeshire’s skills include audit team leadership and management, contract monitoring, and financial and performance auditing.
