Joanie Barr
Joanie Barr, a three-decade federal contracting industry veteran, has been promoted to chief technology officer of McLean, Va.-based IntelliBridge.
She will oversee IntelliBridge’s strategy for technology and service offerings, partnerships and investment efforts, as well as continue to support its corporate growth and proposal initiatives, the company said Monday.
Barr joined the Enlightenment Capital portfolio company in August 2018 as senior vice president of technology and solutions when it was still known as Trowbridge & Trowbridge.
Trowbridge rebranded as IntelliBridge in March after acquiring software provider IntelliWave.
“Joanie’s experience leading corporate technology strategy will help advance technology solutions and services to align with our business needs and support the missions of our federal government customers,” said Cass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge.
Barr’s corporate career also includes VP positions at ASRC Federal, ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), Data Networks Corp. and Software Performance Systems.
She has co-chaired the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center’s program performance and quality community action group since 2012.
