CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has made a series of leadership changes to support its expanding work with the U.S. Navy following its $84M acquisition of General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) systems engineering and acquisition services business unit in August.
Jimmy Norcross, formerly head of asset and supply chain division at CACIs business systems, has been named senior vice president for the logistics and material readiness market area.
He will leverage his experience with programs for the Defense Department, Navy and intelligence community to help CACI manage its growth initiatives and platforms delivery efforts.
Mark Hugel, a retired Navy admiral, will oversee the companys material readiness and logistics work as SVP of submarine logistics and product lifecycle management.
John Spadafore, SVP of CACIs surveillance and reconnaissance systems and services, will lead the newly acquired business unit as part of the S&R market area.
These leadership moves within our U.S. Navy line of business focus on providing the most capable professionals to support critical Navy missions, said Nick Farah, executive VP of mission solutions and services at CACI.
