Jilee Rich, a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of service at the Department of Veteran Affairs, shared on LinkedIn that he has been appointed vice president of growth at Trilogy Federal.
In his new role, Rich will spearhead the growth of the company’s federal business. His responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships and overseeing teams that convert opportunities into impactful outcomes.

Rich previously served as VA client strategy and engagement executive at ECS, where he helped drive the expansion of the company’s VA technology portfolio.
The new Trilogy Federal VP built an exceptional career at the VA. Most recently, Rich served as acting executive director of the Financial Services Center within the Financial Technology Service, where he led the VA’s financial technology organization and oversaw the DevOps lifecycle for the VA Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System. He served as director of software product delivery, managing the FSC’s product portfolio, and director of the Financial Services Center, Product Management Office, helping transform VA’s tech portfolio from project-based to product line management. He also held the roles of senior IT program manager, chief operating officer of the VA records center and vault, and technical program manager.
His earlier career included stints at EY as IT audit manager and KPMG US as a senior consultant.
