SeKON Enterprise has elevated Jerry Parsons from senior vice president of strategic operations to chief strategy officer .

Parsons previously managed programs at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Xerox (Nasdaq: XRX) and Digital Equipment Corp.
