The company said Tuesday he will report directly to V2X President and CEO Jeremy Wensinger as part of the executive team.
Nance will oversee all legal matters, contracts, corporate compliance, security, ethics and government relations for the company.
Prior to the V2X merger, he was executive VP and general counsel for Vertex, where he also served as corporate secretary and chief compliance officer and managed the legal and contracts teams, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance-related matters.
V2X also named Sarita Malakar as corporate secretary and sustainability officer. She most recently served as VP, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.
