Jennifer Swindell, formerly an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of Perspecta‘s (NYSE: PRSP) risk decision group.
Swindell will be responsible for risk-based decision-making, trusted workforce and background investigation efforts in her new role, Perspecta said Tuesday.
She spent nearly two decades at Booz Allen, where her most recent position was senior VP for accounts focused on the departments of Transportation, Justice and Homeland Security.
Her industry career also includes time at American Management Systems, Star Petroleum Refining and American Skiing.
Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Perspecta and 2020 Wash100 awardee, said Swindell has championed workplace inclusion and equity initiatives and demonstrated her ability to organize high-performance teams.
