Jen Rodriguez, a program manager with 26 years of combined military and industry experience, has been promoted to vice president of the Intel sector division at ManTech, GovCon Wire has learned.
She will report directly to Barbara Haines-Parmele, president of the Intel sector, as she oversees the division’s growth strategy and manages a team supporting mission-critical requirements of ManTech’s intelligence customers.
Rodriguez initially joined ManTech in 2019 as deputy of the Intel sector division following a brief stint as a program director at H2M Group.
She previously served as a program manager at BAE Systems and Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).
Before joining the government contracting sector, Rodriguez served in the U.S. Air Force as an imagery analyst.
