Jeffrey McGowan Named General Dynamics IT Business Dev’t Director for Federal Health Growth Team

Jeffrey McGowan, formerly director of business development at Synectics for Management Decisions, has assumed the same role within General Dynamics' (NYSE: GD) information technology business.

Murtaza Ahmed, vice president and chief growth officer of the health sector at General Dynamics, announced McGowan's appointment in a LinkedIn post published Wednesday.

McGowan previously served as VP of business operations at Affiliated Computer Services/Computer Data Systems. He is a member of AFCEA's Washington, D.C. chapter and the Elmseed Foundation's board of directors.
