Jeff Jordan, former vice president of federal sales at software services provider Virtual Instruments, has assumed the same role at global data analytics technology company Pivot3.
Pivot3 said Thursday Jordan will oversee efforts to deliver internet-of-things, data center, virtual desktop infrastructure and video surveillance offerings to defense and government clients in his new position.
He brings to the company his previous experience leading sales of hyperconverged infrastructure and performance analytics products for companies such as Dell EMC, General Electric and Siemens.
He spent four years as Science Applications International Corp.’s (NYSE: SAIC) worldwide business development manager earlier in his career and has served as a global business development consultant for Jordan Strategic Consulting over the past 17 years.
