Jarrod Staller, a more than two-decade finance professional, has joined Charleston, South Carolina-based defense contractor Technica as chief financial officer, GovCon Wire has learned.
He will oversee Technica’s finance team as it performs internal and external financial reporting, rate analysis and board reporting functions and works to meet bank covenants and other requirements to ensure compliance and advance the company’s growth initiatives.
He brings to the CFO role his expertise in government contracting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning and financial modeling, among other areas.
Staller joined Technica from Gryphon Technologies, where he served as executive director of finance.
Prior to Gryphon, he held finance leadership roles at various companies, including CDI, Allan Myers and Saint-Gobain.
Founded in 2003, Technica provides information technology and professional services, facilities operation and transportation, logistics, warehousing and maintenance support for military and federal government customers.
