GovCon Index closed Friday with a gain of 1.35% to 71.466.
The Dow Jones, Nasdaq and S&P 500 indices also posted significant gains at 1.33%, 2.66% and 2.03%, respectively.
West Texas Intermediate crude oil also went up over 9% to close at $32.20.
