Koch spent two decades of his 40-year career in military service. His assignments included work as commander of a battalion and joint task force in Central America and director of the Army Engineer School’s Department of Tactics, Leadership and Engineering.
A Washington and Lee University graduate, Koch previously served in program management posts at AECOM, Hill International and Washington University in St Louis.
