James Collier, former senior vice president of corporate planning and analysis at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has joined government technology services contractor NCI as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
NCI said Wednesday the nearly three-decade industry veteran will lead the company’s financial operations in his new position.
His professional background spans the areas of financial reporting and control, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, business system and overhead management, joint ventures and capital planning.
Collier oversaw the strategic and financial aspects of Leidos’ merger with Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) information systems and global solutions business unit in 2016.
He previously worked as vice president of business operations at various Lockheed business units.
Collier holds business administration and communications degrees from the University of Washington.
