Rena Barta
Rena Barta, a former principal and director of business development at Jacobs (NYSE: J), has joined Parsons (NYSE: PSN) as vice president of transportation infrastructure.
She will oversee business development activities of Parsons’ New York-based mobility solutions unit in her new position, the company said Wednesday.
Barta most recently served as regional director of client services at Dewberry. At Jacobs, she managed sales, developed strategies on project proposals and supported the implementation of a Salesforce customer relationship management system.
“Rena brings more than 25 years of experience in developing strategic alliances with organization leaders and clients,” said Anne Darnall, VP and business development leader of infrastructure and mobility solutions at Parsons.
The compan uses technology in efforts to help customers modernize transportation and water systems for critical infrastructure assets.
