Micro-Mode, which generated approximately $26 million in sales in 2022, will operate as part of ITT’s North American connectors business within its connect and control technologies segment, ITT said Wednesday.
The acquired company employs nearly 170 personnel at its California manufacturing facility and has provided RF and Hermetic connectors in support space and defense programs for over 30 years.
With the acquisition, ITT will gain access to Micro-Mode’s customer base in those markets.
“The company’s expertise is a great addition to our connectors business and strengthens our presence in defense systems, military aircraft and space applications,” said Luca Savi, president and CEO of ITT.
