Sivaraj most recently served as director of solutions architecture at CGI, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives for federal clients, ITC Federal said Tuesday.

The executive steps into the role with over two decades of experience delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across federal agencies and Fortune 500 organizations, spanning technology strategy, systems architecture, containerization and customer-centric design. He previously served as senior director of technology at OM Group, director of technology solutions at Amentum and senior enterprise architect at Maximus.
At ITC Federal, he will lead innovation and solution development across the company’s portfolio, playing a key role in advancing mission-focused technologies in cloud modernization and digital transformation.
According to Sivaraj, he will help shape and lead a forward-thinking technology portfolio that drives real value for customers.
