Sujey Edward
Sujey Edward, formerly vice president of Salient CRGTs Agile Innovation Center and Agile Center of Excellence, has joined Octo Consulting Group as chief technology officer.
He will report directly to Octo founder and CEO Mehul Sanghani and be responsible for the Tysons Corner, Virginia-based contractor’s information technology programs and implementation teams that assist government clients in innovation efforts, the company said Thursday.
Sanghani said Edward has put forth agile approaches that worked to help some public sector agencies to reduce risk, fulfill fiscal and mission responsibilities and manage internal changes.
Edward most recently led Salient CRGT’s work with government customers to build technology platforms using agile methodology.
The 20-year government IT industry veteran previously held IT leadership roles at Science Applications International Corp.(NYSE: SAIC), Conquest Systems and Soza and Co., where he helped develop and implement systems and modernization programs for multiple agencies.
