TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 20, 2017 Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) will provide data storage and management services to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in line with the National Archives and Record Administration standards under a potential $6.7 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Thursday it will help transfer 4.6 million USPTO patent files to a NARA-compliant storage facility and perform associated records management tasks such as retrievals, refiles and destruction.
