TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 6, 2016 Iridium Communications (Nasdaq: IRDM) has set a Dec. 16 launch date for the first batch of the company’s next-generation communication satellites, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
Ten initial NEXT satellites will launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California into low-earth orbit via SpaceX‘s Falcon 9 rocket, Iridium said Thursday.
