TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 15, 2017 ” Iridium Communications (Nasdaq: IRDM) CEO Matt Desch, an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017, has joined the board of directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, GovCon Executive reported Nov. 8.
The council said Nov. 7 Desch joins three other newly appointed board members, including executives from Appian, Grant Thornton and Cognosante.
Desch is also a member of the White House’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and has nearly 40 years of experience in the telecommunications and wireless industries.
