Patrick Quebedeaux, Kelsay Arnsmeyer Promoted to Intelligent Waves Senior Management Positions

Patrick Quebedeaux and Kelsay Arnsmeyer, who both hold director positions at Intelligent Waves, have been promoted to senior directors of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs and program management office, respectively.

They have demonstrated demonstrating “outstanding leadership in supporting the firm’s growth and our customers’ strategic goals,” Brian Brennan, senior vice president of client operations at Intelligent Waves, said in a statement Thursday.

Quebedeaux previously served as ISR engineer at Delta Research and electronics engineer at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

Arnsmeyer was a contracts manager for management consulting firm Cathexis, where she oversaw the administration of multiple contracts valued at more than $50 million combined.

Intelligent Waves is a service-disabled veteran-owned company headquartered in Reston, Virginia, and offers information technology services to the public sector market.
