Intelligence executives Thomas Donnelly and Jim Gray have joined SOS International to help the Reston, Va.-based company grow its portfolio of intelligence and analytics services and pursue future task order opportunities under the Defense Intelligence Agencys Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 contract vehicle.
Donnelly, former chief financial officer at DIA, will serve as Intelligence Community account executive, SOSi said Monday.
He started his career at DIA as an analyst with oversight of Soviet command, control and communications and led the agencys Americas Regional Center prior to becoming CFO.
Jim Gray
Gray will be director of intelligence analysis at SOSi. He previously managed BAE Systems portfolio of intelligence and defense contracts and spent two decades as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.
Julian Setian, SOSi president and CEO and a 2019 Wash100 award winner, said Donnelly and Gray will help the company expand its presence in the U.S. intelligence community.
