TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 28, 2017 ” Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, senior vice president for government strategy and policy at Inmarsat, participated at the Satellite Industry Association’s 13th annual DoD Commercial SATCOM Workshop as a moderator on a panel discussion about integrated satellite communications, GovCon Executive reported Dec. 19.
