The global consultancy said Thursday it has prime contractor position in communications, evaluation, statistical projects and training and technical assistance requirements of SAMHSA in support of its work to cut substance use impact and lessen American mental illness.
The five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity recompete award also granted ICF subcontractor eligibility for policy and program support domains.
“Through our long-standing work with SAMHSA, we understand firsthand the agency’s incredible impact on preventing suicide and substance abuse, promoting and treating mental illness and substance use disorders, and enhancing behavioral health equity,” said Mark Lee, executive vice president for public sector at ICF.
The Fairfax, Virginia-based contractor has more than three decades of partnership with SAMHSA. It offers data access, aggregation and analytic capabilities; research and evaluation assistance; communications; digital modernization; and other support services for the agency’s behavioral health programs.
