TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 13, 2020 — ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) will compete for orders under a multiple-award, $49M blanket purchase agreement to help the National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine collect and disseminate public health data, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 29.
